Most if not all monotubes the orientation doesn't matter unless the mfg specifies. Bilstein can be either body up or down and I am pretty sure Fox is the same. Twin tubes or plain hydraulic shocks go body down.

Its a stem - and - eyelet shock, so it can only go one way.

Meaning the stem will be at the top, and the eyelet with the bar-pin will be at the bottom. The orientation looks good to me!

Maybe it's just the picture but your upper control arms look way too short for the lower ones...
