Ford 8.8 Disc E brake set-up
I just bought a 98 Cherokee with a Ford 8.8 Disc brake rear end. Put in an Eaton E-locker and I love it. I'm now trying to figure out how to get the Emergency brake working on the 8.8 Disc brake set-up. I've searched but didn't find anything. Could someone lead me to which parts I need to look for. Everything from the E-brake handle back to the cable half way back on the Jeep is there, but nothing from there to the Axle brackets is there. I believe everything is there inside the Disc hubs to operate the E-brake is there as well.
Any ideas would be much appreciated.

I have an 8.8 with a functional e-brake. It's raining today, but I'll get under the rig when it dries up and snap some pics for you. I'm not sure whatmall is involved but it looks to be easily done

my cables are just hanging but was going to do this , you might find cheeper on ebay or shop but i have seen this product as high as 150$ and there are many redneck fixes for this but here is a store bought factory 8.8 swap part

I used the stock cables, take the end of your cables and bend it into a U shape. Slip it over the 8.8 parking brake lever and use a small cable clamp. They look like mini muffler clamps about and inch in overall size. You'll end up fighting with it for about an hour getting it all setup but it cost 0 dollars for me and has been working mint for the 3 months ive had it setup. You will have to cut away some of the spring casing over the cable to be able to make the U shaped bend

Thanks guys, since I've got the stock cables still hanging around from the C8.25 I think I will give the redneck fix a chance first. If that fails I'll order up the cable.

ok here is the redneck way , i havent done it yet just hanging for now i took the ebrake pads out when i did swap ,this summer im fixing that lol
here is a half way redneck next to replacing hole cable
