im running the stock wire but my question is what gauge of cable and fuse should i use and relay

There should be a pig tail coming off those lights (16g wire should be fine)... you could splice them into the stock wiring for your head lights (if you plan of running them with your headlight all the time.) You could also run a manual switch and use an inline 15amp fuse. It all depends on how you want to use the lights.

The bottom.ones I want the for. Both off-road and night. And the top ones just off-road

If you are going to wire the bottom lights separately, use 14-16 AWG wire, and a 10-15 amp fuse. A relay for these isn't necessary, but is always a good idea. You can get a suitable relay from many places, including any auto parts store.
