Fixing Floor holes
Ok I don't want to go through the process of welding in new floor pans mainly cause I don't know how to weld, Can I just cut out the parts that are rusted and replace with fiber glass then paint the undercarrage with bed liner? the rust spot is only 3 in wide and like 8 in long

You need to make sure you have clean metal all the way around the hole. You could use fiberglas resin & mat as a glue to hold sheet metal down on small holes. You can also use 3M Structural Adhesive if you don't want to weld. Rough everything up with 60 grit first.

That's not how I'd do it but I'm sure it would work. Just make sure you get rid of ALL the rust first or you'll be doing it again.
