Default Extended brake lines what length do i need?

I will be having my local hose shop making me some extended brake lines and i need to know the length that they should be at. my jeep has a 4.5 lift with short arms.

Depends on how much down travel you have. Figure out how far the shocks (or limit straps if you're running some) will let you go. then make sure you turn the wheel so the calipers are as far from the truck as possible and note the length. People often forget that eats up some brake line length too. everyone's setup is different.

X2. My lines are for. 8.5" of lift I only run 3.5" of like I have plenty of slack in my lines. But I was given my lines from a friend who didn't use them and went a different direction with his build
