I am willing to bet that the header is cracking at the collector... Thats where mine broke. Youll need a new header and a good flex pipe to keep it from happening again.

I haven't seriously inspected it for holes or anything, there's no rust I can see so I'm doubting a hole.
and I don't think it's a exhaust collector crack cause it looks really clean and w/o rust. Iv only wheeled this jeep a couple times and I don't beat the he'll outa it cause it's my DD and I have street tires and never got bottomed out or stuck or anything. Just mudding. Lol

Nawwww! don't play like that lol. Like it isn't even really noticeable unless you turn the music off and focus on it. even if it was a crack collector..I could just have it welded for cheap right?! And does effect anything? Like serious effect? besides sounding a lil louder lol.
Thanks for the help guys

If the hole is before your O2 sensors it can cause a problem while trying to pass anykind of emmisions testing... I guess you could have it welded up if it is indeed a crack or a break somewhere, but i would recommend getting a new header and totally re-do your exhaust. Just remember that you need a flex pipe because they dont come with one from the factory.

Locally:
http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/de...haust+manifold
Or you can get the exact same thing for 100 bucks less...
Off of ebay:

I've bought two off of ebay and have had no issue with them since they added the flex pipe into the manifold.

You think I should just buy an OE with a flexpipe or an aftermarket & flexpipe? Thanks for the help ;D

Ya see the flexy looking deal on the cylinder #1 and #6 pipes? That's the flex pipe that helps the cracking issue. You can add a flex pipe in the exhaust too. That'd help.
