Default exhaust help please...

Long story short i had this noise sounded like tire rub.. come to find out my exhaust is hitting on my gas tank skid when i go from a stop. Mainly when it tourques over. No sway bars. I got it on the factory hanger back there but need to come up with something diff. But there is very little room between the spring and gas skid and cant really just weld a metal hanger cuz it has to move a bit right? Any suggestions?
