Exhaust header questions for a stroker MJ

I have a new to me 4.7L stroker I would like to buy a new exhaust for. Which exhaust header should I buy? I will be getting a '99 intake and it's a '96 head and block. I have an '87 Comanche 4x4. I have heard MOST headers don't work for the '99 intake and I haven't found ANYONE who makes 2.5" exhaust for a Comanche. I would like to go with a single muffler with duals out back. I am also thinking of going with true duals but that's probably not necessary.

What are your thoughts?
