Default Lifted 3" and 31s, Now Grinding Noise?

I recently put a three inch lift on my 95 along with 31s ATs. Now when sharp turning left or right going forward and reverse I get an awful/embarrassing grinding noise. I haven't had an alignment yet because I have a new tie rod and adjustable track bar coming. Should that allevi the problem or do I need to look into something else? Obviously had no problems before and there is no rubbing. All help appreciated

Are the tires hitting the lower control arms?

If so adjust the stops out a hair until the tires stop hitting.

Can you describe the noise?

Check the above listed. If your only rubbing on 1 side, you may need to adjust your track bar to recenter the front axle under the jeep.
