Default engine swap

Have a 2001 with 230k and just picked up a 98 with 120k. What problems should I expect to run into with the swap. Any recomendations on what I could do to engine before it goes in, nothing crazy I'm on a budget. One thing , the wiring harness was cut out of the 98 before I got to it and not sure if my 2001 harness will work with the 98 engine. Any and all help will be appreciated. This is my first engine swap.

Should work fine, use the intake and exhaust manifolds from the 01, as well as any and all sensors and accessories.

Oh, and I almost forgot. You'll need to make up some kind of mounting for the ignition coils because the 0630 head does not have bosses for the mounts. My brother has been running for a couple years without any mounts though.

Thanks for the response, allmost have the 98 torn down. Now thinking about what I could do to get some more power out of it ( cam, pistons, ? ). Any thoughts on this phase of it.
