Yes it will. Just depends on how you want to do it. Whole motor means whole wiring harness from donor. Just block and using what's attached to what you already have, no big deal

Well I did the same on an 89 that I swapped in a 95 engine and harness. It was the whole harness from headlight to tail light. Might be different in your case. But you can find cheap heads on here. I just seen one in the for sale section a couple days ago for $40. If I wasn't on my phone I'd share the link. Just do a search from for sale section for a head.

Swap it in as a longblock. Keep all your harness and sensors. Easy.

Strip it down to just the head and block. Install all your stuff on it like dizzy, manifolds and sensors. No need to change any fuel injection harnesses etc.
