There is on for sale with the throttle body computer Programers an intake for a super cheap price. But it's from a 03.5 to 05 wrangler would it work on my 2001 Cherokee

programmers / chips do not work on out engines. Any product that claims to work on our vehicles is lying.

x2 OUR model 4.0's dont have the adjustment of the 03-06 models. Now THOSE years will give you a good difference, just not ours..

I'm not aware of any plug-in stuff that would allow tuning of these motors. Sucks.

Looks like they gained 3 RWHP from that tuner, lol.

You may want to check your arithmetic and look at test 5 where the trail edge was installed.

Yeah I knew that Programers were useless on our Cherokees but it came with throttle body and cold and and the Programers and it's for a price on CL that I'm having a hard time passing up

With the exception of a supercharger there is NO bolt on or chip type help for any of the inline engines.. Anyone who promotes otherwise is scaming you. This goes for all inlines through 2006

lol there are some bolt on's that do help, like upgraded injectors, bored TB, true CAI, headers, better exhaust systems, mech fan delete etc...
