Default Easiest Way to Install new LCA's and Track Bar (IRO)

Hey all,

My new IRO Double Shear track bar, as well as new IRO fixed length LCA's, got shipped today, so that brings me here. What is the easiest/most effective way to go about installing these parts? Do I need to have the XJ jacked up? I know some people have installed their track bars with the Jeep still on the ground, but I didn't know if it was different for the IRO one because it has the extra bracket. What about the LCA's? Can I just take off the old stock ones and pop in the new ones?

Thanks for the help!

I installed my IRO double shear with the jeep on drive up ramps. Installation was pretty straight forward as long as you pre lubed all your bolts. Measuring to adjust the jam nut was the "hardest" part and even that is easy. The only mistake I made is I some how turned the steering buckle on the y and my steering wheel was 180 degrees off lol. It was a super easy fix as you just rotate the buckle clock or counter clockwise to center the wheel while is on the ground.

How did you get the one nut off of the factory bracket that has the round nut on it? I just helped with one this weekend and if we didn't have a torch we wouldn't have been able to get it off. We ended up putting heat on it and then clamped it with vice grips to keep it from spinning while we hit it with an impact from the bottom.
