Hey everyone. New to the forum. Definitely not a stranger to the Jeep community. I recently purchased a '98 Xj. Completely stock. I've been planning my mods and had a question... Has anyone found or fabricated a rear bumper/ tire carrier with two gates? Thinking one on the left with a shelf for gas cans or something and one on the right for a spare. Thanks.

As in you have to open up the barn doors to get into your hatch? Never seen one on any rig, let alone an XJ. I can see where it would be a good idea though. Maybe you should build one. Biggest problem would be that the cost for a DIY or pre-made would go way up, being that you need two of all the expensive pieces (spindles, latches, etc)
