Default drum brake locks

I noticed my pedql is alot lower when I press it and right before I come to a complete stop I believe its the right rear one and it locks ..we ha e alot of snow and salt on the roads can thqt maybe be why? I posted this in modified because I just installed a 3 in lift on it few weeks qgo but the problem just started today

This may sound counterintuitive but you probably need to adjust the rear brakes tighter and evenly. A low pedal is often from loosely adjusted shoes.

If it were me, I'd pull the wheels and drums to make sure there is no oil or brake fluid contamination from a leaky seal. Loose or broken hardware (springs, clips) can cause locking too.

Also when im about to come to a complete stop it seems like the front brakes also seem to grab and lock. Is it hard to bleed brakes if thats what I need to do?
