Drain holes in skid plates

Drain holes in skid plates
I fabbed up skids for the tcase and fuel tank for my xj. Since doing so I've been back and forth on weather or not I should put a couple of drain holes in both skids for water and or mucky soupy stuff to drain out of them. The skids are going to have raptorliner on them. I've notice a lot of the companies selling skids don't have drain holes. Only the tcase one having a access point for the drain plugs.
So I'm looking for some input from some other xj owners.

i would put some in the gas tank one. they do like to fill up with mud, rocks and lots of water that could rust out your tank if it is the metal one. just drill out a few 1 in holes in the lowest part and you will be fine
