Double Transfer Case
I heard from one of my coworkers that on his wrangler he has a Double Transfer case setup for offroading and such.
I have a 94 ZJ that will be receiving an IRO 7" Premium Lift(when the money is saved up...) At that time I haven't decided IF I'm going to change out axles as well or not.
My Question: Is it Possible to do a double transfer case that would be a 1:1 for offroad and then 1:2 or 1:2.5 for better Highway fuel mileage? Would this just complicate things too much? Is there a system or setup out there that would be a "bolt on" Solution?

nobody makes a double transfer case.
this is something that you will have to research and buy the parts needed and cut and weld your existing aluminum case.
search for "doubler".
most use a 231/300. start looking, there is a lot of info out there, some here too, actually.
good luck, i'm about to do a 231/300 myself.
