Double check my Headlight upgrade
After researching, I'm interested in this:
eautoworks wiring harness
http://www.eautoworks.com/Putco-H4--...s-PRD7540.aspx
EDIT: also is this the same harness on amazon? Hard for me to be sure.
Rampage H4 conversion
http://www.quadratec.com/products/97009_501_07.htm
I imagine the supplied bulbs will be sufficient with the rampages.
I'm posting just to ensure that this is a logical way to upgrade from stock headlights.

Yep those two things are all you need. I've heard people using that harness off Amazon with good results.
And you can always upgrade the bulbs to 100w bulbs if you aren't happy with how bright they are. But I can guarantee they will be a big upgrade from stock and you will be happy

The harness is what you want, I would try to cancel on those housings an get some Hella , IPF, or Autopal E codes they will have a better pattern , With the lenses on those housings your cutoff and light output will suffer .

How can you tell about the lenses?
I'm willing to refuse shipment and reorder (they shipped this morning) if you can convince me to do so.

Daimond or crystal lenses scatter the light, If you look around on NAXJA at their lighting threads you will see why Rampage lenses suck compaired to Autopal, Hella, Cibie , and IPF.

Does crystal clear = crystal cut? These say crystal clear lenses. Haha Quadratec is confusing me. But yes, crystal and diamond cut lenses have countless negative reviews. The Autopals are very popular and can be bought for cheap off eBay.

I've never tried the rampage headlights, but I've got autopals and love them. Here's some vids of them. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BXv90...e_gdata_player
