I've ran my jeep for several thousands of km, done moderate trailing with no issues. how urgently should I consider buying one?

I have a 6.5 inch lift with 35s and short arms.

If you have it dialed in and no vibes, don't worry about it. I did the same thing for years. The only reason to get an SYE is driveline vibrations after lifting or the slip yoke being pulled too far out on the tail shaft

Well i have not experienced any vibration, i drive it over 60mph most of the times and havent had any vibrations or issues. I read in other sites that there are big chances the shaft will pull out, so that was my concern.
