Dirt Bound 3 fan wiring/relay help?
Recently bought a Dirt Bound three fan setup from a guy and I can't figure out which is wrong, the person who set up the wiring or Dirt bound wiring diagram.
Right now it is setup for the 30 pin to go to the fans and on the wiring diagram it is saying that the 30 pin goes through a fuse set up to the batteries.
Any help would be appreciated.

On these Bosch relays.. the 30 is power in generally from a fuse or I prefer a circuit breaker.
The 87s are power out to whatever you're running.
The other two are ground and power from the switch. Don't remember which is ground though.

never understood using switches for these multi fan setup. why not have engine temp control some of them? lets say someone other than you drives the jeep, will they fry the 4.0 cause they didn't turn on fan switches?
I'd probably wire 1 to run all the time with ignition key and the other 2 would come on when it would normally kick on the clutch fan. Temp 210* I think. Just something to consider.

The switch is a temp sensor. http://www.dirtboundoffroad.com/mahl...re-switch.html
The fan in the spot of the old electric fan is going to come on at 210 and the two that take the place of the mechanical fan are set to come on around 160.
I want nothing to do with dealing with manual fan switching. This is my dd and I am trying this to see if I can do any better on gas mileage.
Thanks for the advice though, I know exactly what you mean.
