I had the same problem in my 90 xj and it turned out to be the rear driveshaft. I noticed that at a certain speed i would get the wobble but not in my steering. Instead i noticed that my gear shifter was shaking horribly, more or less because i was focusing on the steering. I got to my house and shook the driveshaft noticing a wiggle that was all too easy to acheive. I went the only route i knew and purchased a SYE from ebay. I DID NOT get a tom woods, i got a packaged deal from cj tatton that included the SYE and the cv driveshaft for just a hair over $400. Well worth it. Check it out.

3. Bad ball joints
Whenever touching any steering or suspension component, you need to get an alignment after to set things right.
this guy named it all. you can have brand new trackbar and steering set up and still have it if your ball joints and bushings are bad. wheels balanced help hugely too. if you do check what he's named you'll surely fix it

you might need to shorten your drive shafts. lowering your tcase might have shortened the distance to your axles causing your driveshafts to bind themselves up

No. that just gets rid of vibrations. U have more than vibrations and must correct one of your steering components to fix true death wobble

The fronts a telescope though I have no sye broke folks can't afford that stuff. I did disconnect the rear sway bay bc it apparently has no use.

not sure i know exactly what you have. but theres shops that will cut shorten and weld drive shafts shorter. i put a dana 44 front end on my ranger that had IFS and when they shortened my drive shaft they made it too long and it was binding up badly. they just shortened it again to the right length and was all good

People always say the steering stabilizer just covers up your problem. It's hard to say though
