Death wobble help
I've been working on this for months now doing research and trying to fix the death wobble on my 99 cherokee. 3 inch lift, brand new front end i'm talking everything. Trac bar all the way to control arm bushings there's nothing up front that isn't new except for the lower control arm bushings which I will be changing tonight hopefully. Everything is tight, I usually get it if i hit a bump going over 55 (which is terrible if I'm on the thruway) my tires aren't that worn and their balanced well. New steering box as well. Can anyone tell me anything I'm missing? I always appreciate the help, thanks.

Verify that your trackbar bushings are tight. Also verify the trackbar mounting bolts are tight, including the frame side trackbar bracket.
Are your tierod and draglink ends new as well? If not, check 'em.
I recently rebuilt my front end, new everything. Unit bearings, ball joints, bushings, trackbar, shocks. Had a major case of DW that would hit at 55mph. Replaced the draglink and upper TRE (only two parts that hadn't been replaced) and it went away.
My DW skid also indicated it was a steering issue.

Yeah that was the first thing I checked to see if the track bar was tight. Tie rod ends are brand new as well. Going to replace the lower control arm bushings and go from there.

Steering Stabilizers are a band-aid that cover up other problems with your steering. A properly aligned rig does not need a steering stabilizer.

my DW was so bad that i could only do about 25.. it was not properly aligned (thanks to a dishonest shop). the wobble was so bad that it loosend my track bar bracket bolts almost all the way out. i would take it to an offroad specialty shop and have an alignment done.

The cause is usually track-bar related.
Poor caster angle can cause the wobble. Provided all bushings, joints, and brackets are tight.
You need 5 degrees minimum.
Does your steering wheel return to center by itself after a turn?
A DIY alignment will provide a better outcome than an alignment shop that is not familiar with a lifted Jeep.
Also, most alignment shops will give you a 'printout' of the alignment specs for free, as long as you tell them not to make any adjustments.
