Death wobble
I have the dreaded death woblle, my track bar isn't loss and nothing In the front suspension is loss. I have a 3 inch lift on my 95 Cherokee country, the alignment it is god awful, could that be the case ? I have a steering stabilizer too

Alignment could be causing it. Definitely address that first.
The bad alignment could also cause your ball joints to wear out or your tires to get out of balance or both. So after you get the alignment done get the tires rotated and re-balanced and look for out of camber wear patterns on the front tires.
DW can be caused by all kinds of things and no two jeeps are the same, but those easy/cheap things. God help you if its the ball joints

Try the alignment first (driveway alignment is fine).
If that doesn't fix it it, disconnect the stabilizer, then turn it on have someone turn the wheel full lock to full lock over and over, while they do that, you watch EACH AND EVERY joint in the steering system SEVERAL TIMES. One of them will be loose. (My track bar bushing at the axle side had wallowed out, and I couldn't feel it by hand!)
Only after you have have confirmed that EVERY joint is solid, start looking at the Ball Joints.
