Ok so when i drive around town ill find these strategically placed potholes and rough spots in the road and my jeep likes to shake violently. I know where it happens on most roads around me but its starting to happen more often at places that havent ever given any trouble. When i have it, it starts in the steering and transfers to the rest of the Jeep. My steering almost loses control and just shakes in my hands and feels like i dont have control over where im going. I can be going 20 mph and i can feel the steering shake like that over a certain spot but when i go like 60 mph its clearly much worse. I have a new steering stabilizer and thats really about it as my steering goes and all the fittings are full of new grease so please shed some light as to what to check ie, trackbar, control arms, bushings, blah blah blah thanks guys!

Check all joints in the front end. Also you may need an alignment. Is there any lift? Also have a tire place check the balance of them.
