Default seat bolt trouble

My floors are rotted out completely, both driver's side and passanger side. The passanger side has been going well, I've got a new pan in place with mostly new hardware keeping the seat in place.

I recently started getting ready to do the driver's side.

I can't seem to get the bolts and nuts removed easily to pull the seats out. They have become too rusted to come off, I'm just gonna strip the hell out of them.

How should I move forward with this nightmare?

I'm ok with new hardware, I actually prefer it, but the front mounts are studs, so I'd have to somehow get rid of those to get new ones.

Anyone have any solutions or suggestions for me?

Yeah, I kinda figured thats what I'd have to do. Just wondering if anyone had more inventive thoughts.
