Dana 35 Lock Right in Front Dana 30
Ok So I have a Dana 35 Lock Right installed in my C8.25 and working for over a year.(Not going to explain that you can read the thread for that if you are interested. https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f59/da...tested-145211/ )
My new thought is to take the locker out of the rear and put it in the front Dana 30. Then weld up the rear. It is strictly a trail rig. When It goes on the highway its only to the store for gas. So tire wear isn't my concern. I know I could just buy a C8.25 locker and then do this but I can get a carrier for the 8.25 cheap is I ever decide to do something different. If I do this I can spend the locker money on another upgrade. Would you do this?
