Default d44 front question

Will a Dana 44 out of a wagoneer fit in a xj? Was wondering cause I found one with 410 gears and a mini spool for 200 dollars. Thanks in advance.

Nah you don't want that. tell me where it is and i'll make sure you don't do anything silly, like buy it. haha

seriously though get it. remeber all the work and extra cash your going to spend to match the front gearing though.

They are leaf sprung, so there is a lot of braketry to work out, and the bolt pattern is different. They are perfect width, though.

I am not a fan of spools in the front, though

Depends on year, the early years had a passenger side drop.

Its a driver side drop and it gas manual locking hubs so the spool doesn't matter on the street... I was planning on gears and a soft locker anyways... so if I get this it actually saves money... plus he has all the brackets to convert
