Im gonna swap my d35 to a 8.25 very soon, I just have a question about the abs, if I go from abs to no abs am I gonna have any problems or anything? I was trying to price some axles and a guy at a local junkyard tryd telling me im gonna have problems and told me to stick with the d35. I just want to double check that I wont run into any problems

I do not know about actual issues with the brake system, but there could be issues with a vehicle inspection if your state does them. Each state varies on the level of inspection and in some of the northeast states it can be very strict. If your vehicle was originally equipped with it ABS then it must remain in proer working order to pass inspection. Check with local authorities to know what is legal.

I could be wrong here, but the Chry 8.25 never came with ABS. If you pull your drums off you will see the wheel speed sensor on the D35. You won't have this on the Chy 8.25. Also I assume you know that the U-bolts are larger (3")
