Angry d30 problems

ok so to start the problem with the jeep is when going in drive it will go for about 20 ft then the left front tire locks up but when i put it back in reverse it stops untill i go in drive again.
we took to front end apart to find a redneck locker (tack welded all four corners of the gears.) all the welds were broke so we did it the right way a redneck locker should be and welded it all up. so after putting it all back together it still does it. only now since im fully locked both tires lock.
all ball joints are good front driveshaft is out so its not the t-case.
ANY help would be awesome. i need this thing up by sunday.

You're not testing it out on pavement by any chance?

U weld the wrong thing? Was nvr a fan of welded diffs, I feel like a actual locker is the proper way to go

tire size and drive train specs are needed for gear selection advice.

I have 4.56's and love them. you might want to look for a D44/C8.27 to put in the rear before you re-gear to save possible headaches later.
