Default Cutting my fenders

I'm going to cut both my front and rear fenders here soon but I've got some questions first. What would I do with my vacuum bottle down in my front bumper since I'm cutting the edges of my fender hanging down off? And also when cutting the rear is there going to be any big openings going into the interior of my jeep that I should worry about patching up? Thanks

I did a cut and fold front and rear. First I cut of the bottom most lip under where the flare mounts where. Then knife cut with a die grinder up to the first lip of the flare. The front is thin and I could fold it most of the way under with a pair of small adjustables, the rear needed to be pounded under with a hammer.
