Default Crooked steering wheel?

Wheel is 20-30 degrees off, clockwise with the wheels. Is there anything I can do as a quick fix?

If you get an alignment they should fix that as well. There is a writeup on here about correcting it yourself.

You can adjust it at the drag link, really easy if nothing is wrong. Why is it not aligned is something bent, broken, worn out?

Drag link is the "tie rod" that goes from the pitman arm to the passenger side steering knuckle.
There is an adjuster sleeve closest to the pitman arm. Straighten out your wheels best you can.(your steering wheel will be crooked, but vehicle driving straight). Loosen the two bolts on the sleeve and if not rusty turn by hand, or pipe wrench in whichever direction starts making the steering wheel start to straighten out. Have a friend watch for you while you turn the adjuster sleeve. FYI all this is done with tires on the ground. All you are doing is making the steering wheel move. Once wheel is straight. Tighten your bolts back down. Might as well examine everything down there while your at it, make sure all is well. Go for a test drive to make sure wheel is straight.
Still get an alignment any ride height changes are made, as this not only changes steering angles, but also the caster on the axle. Having caster that is off can be devistating to your on road handling.
