Correct parts for hodgepodge block

Folks I have a 93 block with 95 head which I'm going to be putting my 99 intake on. It's all going back into the 99.

what gasket do I use for the intake manifold, should I be matching the head or the intake?

Always use the gasket for the intake manifold you are using.
