Which is the correct BUSHING for my 3.5" RE Super Ride LCA

Alright all I need your help,
I've had the RE 3.5" Super Ride kit installed for a few years now and my Lower Control Arm bushing (frame side) is worn out and is really sloppy. Can anyone help me find the right part? I got my kit from 4x4groupbuy and was looking at their site and am a bit overwhelmed by options. Can anyone give me a definitive answer on the part? Is this it? There are many other options for builders and other bushings and I'm confused. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Not that I know anything here, but it almost looks more like this in the picture. Unless you an confirm, I may have to call RE in the morning for the correct part number before I purchase.
