Default Control arm question

Sitting at 3in of lift, on 33s, I've been told I need Upper Adjustable control arms, for a good alignment, I have An adjustable track bar,

So my question is do I need Lower Adjustable control arms, I do have a set of skyjacker pollys that are fixed.

It doesn't really matter if you adjust the upper or lower track bar for adjustment. The axle will rotate just the same.
Before I buy anything, I would check if the parts from your kids brought the alignment close enough to be adjustable with the factory adjustment. If not, Its up to decide how much off is to much.
The toe is still adjustable properly no matter what.

You don't NEED UCA's until around 4.5"+. You should be fine the way you have it, the stock UCA's are just super thin and flimsy.

My tires are real bouncy, Should i just skip that and see if I can get a alignment on stock Control arms?

What do you mean bouncy? Like when you hit a bump the steering moves or at a certain speed?

You can only adjust the lower control arms (assuming you have fixed arms), via the shoe horn in the stock mount. You add shims to one side and get your castor set. There is no adjustment that can be made to the uppers.
