Yes you can run them both. But you will find out like I did, the spacer is a joke. As for the Cold Air Intake i went spectra cowl intake. But if you don't have the $ to spend, you can do this https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f67/my...snorkle-67919/
https://www.cherokeeforum.com/f2/hom...-intake-10520/
or get one from k&N http://www.ebay.com/itm/K-N-57-1519-Filtercharger-Injection-Performance-Kit-Cold-Air-Intake-/131095152549?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&fits=Model%3ACherokee&hash=item1e85e147a5&vxp=mtr but I don't think K&N is a real cold air intake cause it is still drawing air from the hot engine bay. Have fun

I'm not sure who has the best price for them shipped, because I live in Alaska I get robbed at gun point for shipping. Not to mention if they will even ship to me at all.

Go with cold air. I have the spectre waiting to install. If you do anything with a TB, either have it bored out to around 60-62mm or buy one already bored out. Just my 2 cents
