Default Coil Spring Rates

Hoping someone here can give me a few points on this. I'm trying to dial in my suspension perfectly and was looking for a little feedback. If it comes to it, I'm just going to slap in a set of Rusty's 4.5" coils (150lb/in).

What I have right now is a custom 3-link true long arms, Rusty's 8.5" coils (180lb/in), SOA with stock 4wd Comanche leafs with IronMan4x4 shackles. I'm running 33's right now with a measured 8.5" lift. I'm looking at going down to 4.5" lift and will be going to 37's when the one tons go under.

Any input is appreciated.
