How much oil do you need for a M1-301?

Default How much oil do you need for a M1-301?

I'm doing an oil change this weekend on my newly acquired XJ 4.0L and was wondering how much more oil I need to stick in with the larger M1-301 filter?

Mine takes between 1/2 and 3/4 of a quart.

Just did mine with hyper lube anf 6 quarts of oil. The hyper lube is about half a quart. And it smooth ur engine out very well.
