Cigarettes lighter upgrade/fix

I have an 89 Jeep Cherokee. The cigarette lighter works, but even if I get a fast charging cable to charge my cell phone, it will only charge slowly. What can I do? Also I installed a 2inch lift on my Jeep from the junkyard. Great price..was wondering what is the largest size tire I can install, without mod. My fenders..
Thanks
LG

You realize the cigarette lighter only has power to it with the key on, right?

Get a better charger? All lighters are 12 volt.

I'll have check the voltage then on my lighter, it may not be 12 volts...I did buy a good charger that charges 4x faster. By the way thanks for the help...a while ago u suggested a few thing to try with my engine problem ...grounding...while we were testing we found that there circuit that power one of the sensor was dead.. no power. Once we rewired. Issue disappeared. Runs like a champ
