Chrysler 8.25 axle question
I have the 27 spline Chrysler 8.25 axle, would I be able to use the 29 spline axle shafts if i replaced the spider gears with a locker for the 29 spline ones? Has anyone tried this, I know that the 29 sp shafts have a slightly bigger diam., just wondering if this would work

The only way it would work is if you also bought a 29 spline carrier. The 29 spline locker will not fit inside of the 27 spline carrier. However the carriers are quite cheap. Good luck
