Default !!!Cherokee Switch Panel Ideas Needed!!!

Looking for different ideas to mount switches. I'm looking to have 10 switches.
1. Air Compressor
2. Front Lockers
3. Rear Lockers
4. Front Roof Rack Lights
5. Undercarriage Rock Lights
6. Side Roof Rack Lights
7. Rear Roof Lights
8. "Zombie Apocalypse" Mode (All lights on @ once)
9. AUX Battery
10. Unknown

I was thinking of using the Daystar AC Vent Switch Panel which would store 4 switches and maybe a 6 Switch Panel Mounted in the dash somewhere. Here are some of the things that i've found so far.

P.S. I don't have most of this yet. Planning for future mods.

Nice switches. I use the area under the power ports, very open behind there.

I used the area just below the gauge cluster. You can really only fit 3 switches there.

I think I need to make a setup like that first picture. I'd like to see a write up on that...

I had just Googled "XJ Rocker Switch Housing" and it came up. The website is like OTWAR or something like that. They build them to order, so they're back logged.

I've purchased custom laser etched rocker switches form OTRATTW in the past, but I've never seen that panel in your first picture. Just looked again on their site and no dice. Googled using your search terms and the only thing I came up with was that picture tied to a jeepfrorum post from 2010.

It's a shame, because I'd just about give up a ******** for one of those panels!

Correct me if i'm wrong, but in that Jeepforum thread, the OP stated he picked it up from OTRATTW and he had stated the manufacturer was "behind". Regardless, i think i may just settle with the AC Vent panels, Ash Tray Panel and maybe a universal one... http://www.prime4x4.com/shop/Switch-...ory-Panels.htm

I just found this one @ The12VGuy. It's freaking eXpensive, but it's eXactly what the hell i'm looking for. I just emailed him asking a few questions about how many Carling switches I can have cut into it. I'll let you know what he says. http://www.12voltguy.com/TJ-POD-IN-DASH.html

I emailed OTRATTW yesterday inquiring if they made that switch panel and how much:

Email:
Sales,

I am on a forum for Jeep Cherokees (XJ) & a thread was started by a member who posted the attached picture & they thought that you manufactured these. Could you let me know if you do in fact make these and if so how much are they? If you don't make them, would you have any idea as to who would? They seem to be a very sought after item.

Thanks,

Response:
Hi,

We use to build that switch panel but stopped a few years ago.

Thanks,

Jim

Did he explain why? Or say they could start selling them again?
