Default Cherokee nooob looking for current & future suspenion insight

Evening ladies and gents!

So a brief history. Purchased my 2000 XJ a month ago with 40682 mi, yes that numbers correct. The owner before me was a swell guy, a marine, who took proper care, never wheeled it, and completely stock minus the install of a Rusty's 4.5" lift, some wheels, and 33's within the last year(which I think he did hoping it would help the sell?). Because he didn't go to in depth in lift parts, just that it was a 4.5" lift and the bilstein shocks I'm thinking there's more that needs to be done. Didn't mention anything about SYE, brake lines, drive shafts, etc.

Here's a couple pics of the suspension that I just quickly snapped with my phone.

This I assume to be AAL?

For now I plan to stick with the 33s seeing how they're in good condition still, but maybe down the road looking to go 35s at the most.

So here's were Im at, I want a little more flex, maybe shackles and spacers/longer springs? And maybe down the road add some long-arms or 3 link at some point. But before I think of doing that, what else do I need to do to the vehicle to get everything up to or over par before I go any further with said suspenion additions?

Awesome!! Thanks for clearing that up for me. So if the suspension is solid, continuing down the list, what else should I check/upgrade if necessary for a lift of 4.5"+? I.e. SYE, lines, shafts, etc.

And as far as my mentioned up grades for more lift/flex with shackles and what not, do I have the "green light" per-say?

And off topic but Tacedaddy, do you happen to a have a pic of the e30??? The other project in the driveway is a e46 330i ZHP
