Buy a lift kit. The leaf springs that come in the kit will fit your xj. You will have to change the leaf perches on the axle to fit your springs.
What size tire are you planning on running once you get that much lift on? You may want to do some research on what axles will handle what tire size if you're thinking any bigger than a 35" tire.

Not to be rude but you need to do alooooooot of serching. I say keep the 30 swap a 29 spline 8.25 and buy a kit.
