CavFab steering kit/ WJ to XJ knuckle conversion question
Hi all,
I have a 99 XJ 4.0, planning on doing this WJ knuckle conversion real soon, but I need some clarity on will my current XJ CavFab steering (drag link/tie rod) fit on the new WJ knuckle set up? Looking at the pics of the 2 on the Cavfab website, the 2 look identical, but when I email CavFab, I was told I need the WJ set up...
My question is, is there a difference with the WJ, kit compared to the XJ set up? Can I just use my current CavFab XJ setup for this conversion?

WJ Swap needs a shorter Drag link than the standard crossover. I have an old B Lee crossover setup that I will be cutting down for my WJ knuckle swap that I'm hopefully diving into this weekend.
