Caster with cad brackets question

So, just a quick question, I'm looking to get the correct caster angle, but I have drop brackets. I'm at a 4.5" lift with adjustable uppers and lowers. Am I looking for stock caster? Or a 4.5" lift caster? I would assume the 4.5" lift caster, but maybe I'm wrong?

What do you mean by 4.5" lift caster? You want 5-7 degrees of caster

That's what I mean....is it 5-7 degrees regardless of lift? Or as close as you can get it to those numbers....just a little confused about the whole thing...
