Alignment wont fix anything. It tells you what you need to fix. You have to have adjustable control arms to change the castor. IF you have fixed arms, then you can not change much.

The castor change will slightly change camber also. The alignment rack will tell you what you need to change. The tech on the rack will adjust what he can. But if he has nothing to adjust, then nothing will change.
