Can I use the same Ford V8 injectors in my 99Grand Cherokee 4.0?

Can I use the same Ford V8 injectors in my 99Grand Cherokee 4.0?
My 96 Cherokee is going to be only used off road because of rust issues, now so I'm wondering if there is any reason that I can't swap the Ford 4.6l V8 injectors into the 1999 Grand Cherokee that I just bought. Both have the 4.0 six, the 99GC has the motor with coil packs over the spark plugs, the 96 has the old style distributor and easy access spark plugs. Hey at least I'm not junking the old Cherokee, but gonna use her in the woods.
