Default Buying tires, need thoughts & reviews!

I'm looking on buying some tires for my rig. Looking at 31's. BFG KM2. anyone ever ride these before? Are they good? Pros? cons? any other tire y'all recommend on taking a look at? Max $ I wanna spend on 4 is 800+ no more than 9.

Thanks for any help!

km2s are a really good tire, along with the goodyear mtr with kevlar, i also like the goodyear duratracs. i have a set of duratracs(235/75/15) right now and i love them, but when i lift it it will be getting a set of km2s or mtr with kevlar

If you live where there is a lot of dirt and mud I would pass them by.

Any reason for that? I've seen plenty of guys with KM2's go through just as deep of stuff as my Federals. KM2's love mud.

I have 35" KM2'S and they are awesome. You'll start to notice that probably at least 50% of guys here run the km2. As I've only had mine for about 6 months I can't give long term information but lots of guys love these.

well since it says your from orlando you don't need duratracs for snow purposes, so if i were you i would decide on an agressive mt or if ur on the street a lot i'd get a at with some self cleaning qualities

km2s are great. great traction on most every surface, ride nice on the street, and you will get a lot of miles out of them.

Very few run them around here unless they are on street trucks.

Of course they run swampers which can be worse, LOL

People swear by duratracs also in mud.

My experience with them on friends trucks were less than impressive.

That all said I think they look great.!!

Few buddies around here run them on their yota's, as well as one of my friends on his xj. They swear by them and go through about anything with them, so much so that they'll be the next set of tires i put on the jeep more than likely. But we all have different experiences with tires.. Once had a buddy say Thornbirds were the best tire ever made
