Default butterfly valves

i'd like to bore out my throttle body to a larger size and i'd only need a new butterfly valve and all i've been seeing online is companies or people that'll do the whole thing for you. does anyone know where i can get just the butterfly valve in a larger size?

Yeah but I can machine it for free, all I need is the valve.

Contact them. Perhaps he'll sell you one. Can you slot the throttle shaft bigger also?

Why not machine the plate as well? Figure out what size you want, find some bar stock, and cut & turn the plate out. Problem solved!

Yeah I probably could make it, but I haven't pulled anything apart to see how the valve is made and I figured it couldn't be too pricey for a small piece of metal so I figured I'd just buy one.

I bored mine out without even removing the throttle plate. Maybe I don't get the full gain of being bored out all the way through, but I like it.
Got the outlet diameter to the same as the intake manifold hole, and tapered up towards the throttle plate as far as I could reach without hitting it.
It only came out of the chuck once
Finished up by sanding by hand, to make smooth transition.
