I really like the bushwacker flat style fenders but if I ever get bigger tires and have to trim(currently on 31s) I would like to keep the flat fender style. Is the mounting system flexible so that I could bend it to the new shape of the wheel wells after I cut them?

I've searched and even bushwackers website doesn't say anything.
