Bump Stops on XJ

Can someone show me where to go and get bumpstops for my XJ? I have none now, didn't have any when I got it, and the last wheeling trip I chewed into my tires some, from them hitting the fenders.

Your local Pull-a-Part is prolly then best place - easy to find and dirt cheap.

i made some CJ ones fit in the back they are an inch or so taller and keep the rears out of the fender. the front i added hockey pucks.

Agreed. I got two of 'em for $5 at the local yard. It was a huge savings over the $25 each places like Quadratec wanted. The beauty if it us they're all pretty much universal; as long as they're from another XJ they'll fit.

Any pics of said hockey pucks, and CJ rears?

Nope out of country. Google around plenty of the hockey pucks and I doubt I am the first to mount cj rears

I have tried, all I really come up with is people selling them.

Here's a good write-up for the pucks:

Daystar P/N 319-KJ09122BK

I was reading a magazine about a jeep rebuild on a XJ Cherokee, they used Daystar bump stops for the rear axles P/N 319-KJ09122BK. Purchased a set and then had'em applied to my XJ 214,+++ miles.

Prothane coil inserts for the front. They also make progressive bumps for the rear.
